Your hair as well as scalp needs a good scrub every now and then in order to stay fit. But since it's not always easy to find a good hair scrub in the market, you can make use of some natural homemade scrub for a healthy scalp.
- Mix 2 spoons of baking soda with a spoonful of cinnamon powder and one spoon of olive oil. Ensure there are no lumps and form it into a fine paste with a few drops of your favourite essential oil and water. You can dampen your hair and use this scrub to exfoliate your scalp all too well. If you like, you can massage this scrub for a few minutes and then rinse it off with warm water and mild shampoo.
- Mix 4 spoons of sugar with one spoonful of olive oil and honey. Massage this mixture on your scalp and damp hair for it to do its magic. This scrub will help in removing dead skin and dirt from your scalp and even unclog the pores in order to give your hair some good health.
- Mix 3 spoons of sea salt with a few drops of lemon juice and a spoonful of olive oil. Mix the liquid well and spray some water to dampen your hair before you apply this mixture on your hair and scalp. You can rinse it off with warm water, a mild shampoo and conditioner after massaging this mixture on your scalp for a few minutes.
